Whether you are interested in personal training or small group training, my approach is grounded in the Seven Functional Human Movements to help you achieve your strength, mobility, and weight loss goals – while keeping you injury free.


PUSH

The ability to press weight away from the body is key for upper-body strength.

Favorite Exercises: Bench Press or Kettlebell Shoulder Press

PULL

Essential for posture, grip strength, and balancing out pressing movements.

SQUAT

Builds lower body strength, mobility, and power.

HINGE

One of the most important movements for hip power and posterior chain strength.

ROTATION

Vital for athleticism and injury prevention.

To best serve you, my strategy sessions include a posture and movement screening, as well as body fat, muscle mass, body water, and bone mass percentage calculations.
