I’m Justin Rewa, a multi-certified personal trainer dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.

As a StrongFirst certified kettlebell instructor, Precision Nutrition coach PN1-NC, CrossFit L1 coach, FRC/Kinstretch practitioner, and NASM certified personal trainer, I bring a wealth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition to help you reach your fullest potential.

I specialize in corrective exercise, weight loss, group training, and kettlebell training, and I use this foundation to design customized training programs that are scientifically proven to get results.


Everyone’s body is unique, and I’ll create a fitness plan that suits your individual needs and goals. Whether you want to improve your stability, strength, or power to maximize your ability to lose weight, maintain physic, or advance athletically, I can help.

Forever Young Studios is Proudly Grand Rapids Born & Bred

I’m from Grand Rapids, where my passion for sports and fitness began as a high school captain of football, wrestling, and baseball. I love traveling and have lived in Portland and Denver. Outside of the gym, I love snowboarding, softball, camping, hiking, mountain biking and soaking in the hot springs!

With over a decade of coaching experience and a lifetime love of physical fitness, I’m now a results-driven certified personal trainer and kettlebell instructor, with a proven track record in weight loss, strength gains, and rehabilitation.

I’m here to support you as you achieve your fitness goals. And I’ve been supported by many people on my own professional journey.
